Proactive Perimeter Security
On Demand Perimeter Vulnerability Assessments Including PCI DSS ASV Scans xStorm Vulnerability ManagementDesigned to enable network managers to run scheduled or on demand perimeter scans, the xStorm service can be configured for unlimited numbers of scans on any number of external IP addresses visible from outside the network. This means that any remedial action taken to close a vulnerability can be retested to confirm that the solution has been successful without incurring additional costs.
Managed via a menu-driven graphical user interface (GUI), xStorm can be accessed at any time from any web browser.
Subscription Based Service
xStorm is a subscription based service. Because the subscription price is based on the number of IP addresses scanned, network administrators can run as many scans as necessary, whenever required, to identify vulnerabilities and confirm that remedies were successful.
xStorm delivers preventative on-line security auditing and is uniquely capable of helping organisations ensure total security within the corporate network. Through its non intrusive state of the art scanning and advanced reporting techniques, xStorm enables its customers to secure their networks, comply with industry or governmental regulations and achieve complete peace of mind.
Cloud Based Vulnerability Scanning
xStorm VMP VMP (Vulnerability Management Platform) is a highly secure, centrally managed security vulnerability platform that scans networks and highlights security vulnerabilities.
The xStorm service is run from servers hosted at RandomStorm data centre locations around the world. Customers simply schedule scans via a simple to use web interface and xStorm takes care of the rest, producing an automated security assessment report.
xStorm Reports
xStorm delivers technical and summary data in report format. Graphical reports can be generated in HTML or PDF format using the easy to use web interface.
xStorm reports summarize the security posture of each network device, including information about the scan, specific host information, and a list of detected vulnerabilities. These reports present a description of each security risk detected, the severity of the threat, the potential consequences of exposure, regularity compliance information and links to validated patches and fixes. Armed with this information, security managers can prioritize where and how to take corrective action.
